In order to broaden the opportunities of internship, employment and entrepreneurship for international students, School of International Education（SIE） organized 32 undergraduate international students which from 17 countries including Cote d'Ivoire, Angola, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Moldova, Fiji and Burundi to go to the Pazhou Exhibition Hall for ‘The 6th Career Fair for International students- Guangzhou 2018’on December 21st.
There were 40 participating companies of this Career Fair from all over the country, including TENCENT, HUAWEITECHNOLOGIESCO.,LTD., Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Bank of China（Hong Kong）Limited, and so on.
During the Career Fair, international students visited several booths in earnest to consult and understand corporate culture and job requirements. They also visited the online recruitment area, which makes recruitment and interviewing more convenient.
This activity is one of the initiatives of SIE in coordination with the“One Belt and One Road”initiative. It plays an active role in Broadening employment paths of international students in our school, improving their employment rate, adjusting the training direction and goals to connect with the market.
