1 Student ID Card
Upon registration, a student will be issued a GPNU Student ID Card. It is an important document that you should carry at all times. Lending and borrowing a student ID card is prohibited. If the card is lost, you must come to the admission office with a two-inch photo and apply for a new one.
2 Student Verification Document
GPNU will provide a Study Certificate for International students. Please come to the admission office to apply.
3 Transcript
Upon graduation (completion of the study), come to the Teaching Affairs Office of School of International Education for academic transcript and other related procedures.
4 Departure Procedure
Upon departure from school, the followings are the procedures to go through and must be completed within 15 days before graduation or completion of a study program.
4.1Cancel your Student ID card.
4.2 Cancel your library card.
4.3 Students living in the school dormitory shall check out according to relevant regulations.
4.4 Collect your academic transcript, certificate of graduation, degree or completion from Teaching Affairs Office of School of International Education.
