Zeng Jiajin, female, holds a Master's degree in Teaching Chinese As a Second Language from Jinan University. She is an associate professor and currently serves as the director of the Chinese International Education Research Office at School of International Education. She is also a council member of the Knowledge Alliance of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University and serves as a teaching supervisor and mentor for international students at the university.

Her research focuses on the interactive relationship between language and culture in intercultural communication, as well as how to enhance the effectiveness of intercultural communication and cultural exchange. Over the past three years, she has led and directly participated in five provincial and municipal research and educational reform projects, including "Multidimensional Role Deconstruction and Intercultural Reflection of Vocational Teachers and Interpreters under the International Perspective of Vocational Education" and "Research on Strategies for Dealing with Intercultural Communication Barriers in Sino-British Vocational Technical Training." The related research results have been published in Long Life Learning, the Journal of Huddersfield University, UK.

She is a key member of projects such as the Lingnan Culture International Communication Base in Guangdong Province and the Multimodal International Communication Social Science Popularization Base Project in Guangzhou City. She participated in and hosted the "China Roots Exploration Tour: South Guangdong Charm" project for overseas Chinese youth in 2019. She was invited to serve as a judge for the "2017 Lingnan Culture Business Card Competition for Foreign Students in Guangdong" hosted by the Foreign Students Working Committee of the Guangdong Higher Education Society, and the "Tell Chinese Stories" Foreign Ministry Documentary English Dubbing Competition in 2022.

She teaches a fully English course titled "Introduction to China and Cantonese Culture" for international students, which was approved as a bilingual course construction project in 2023 by Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University. In 2023, she delivered a keynote speech on the theme of "Classroom Activity Fun" at the "Second International Chinese Education Forum" in Indonesia.

She also serves as a director of the Southern Alliance for International Chinese Education, has long been a Cambridge English examiner, and has been serving as an interviewer for the International Chinese Language Teachers Qualification Interview at the National Language Coordination Center since 2017.
