● Visa processing time during Winter vacation :

Jan. 5^th, 2019--- Jan. 30^th,2019 & Feb. 18^th, 2019--- Mar. 15^th,2019

Work hours:  9:00am--11:30am，2:00pm--4:00pm  (From Monday to Friday)

● Travel Certificate Application: before Jan. 18^th，2019  (Office will not offer the travel certificates during vacation.)

● Admission for new student (JW202 form application): Please submit the new student’s document before Jan. 4^th, 2019 (FTB room 1011)

Notes:

1. You should apply for your new visa at least 15 days before your Visa expires.

2. Please get your passport back from Immigration on time, or your visa will be canceled.

3.Penalty---According to the rules of Immigration, if you are over stay in Guangzhou, the penalty is 500 Yuan per day, (e.g. over stay for 10 days is 5000 Yuan) and it will affect your next visa extension directly.
